It feels like Autumn wants to hang around this year, and as we head into mid November, the temperatures are still hovering around the low teens, the autumn colour is hanging in there and we are yet to see proper snow.
I am taking advantage of the nice weather to try and shoot outdoors a little bit while I still can, before winter banishes me back into the studio for the forseeable future.
I took the opportunity to shoot with Arrielle, on a day where the weather wasn’t really playing nice – it couldn’t decide whether to start raining, the wind wasn’t kicking up quite enough for cool hair movement and the sun kept popping in and out.
We took a quick stroll up the road and jumped into one of the carparks near the studio to do a few urban portraits, so that I could play with my new camera setup.
These were all shot using my Sony A7II with a Canon FD 50mm f1.4 legacy lens.
