Workshops for mothers and daughters

Amazing mothers and daughters committing to their relationships. Carmen Ganne from Wildflower Retreats ran a weekend retreat at Halfmoon Haven on the Sunshine Coast. And half day workshop prior to Mothers' Day at Ocean Breath Yoga on Granville Island.

These workshops at Halfmoon Haven and Granville Island were aimed at young girls between the ages of 10 and 14. 

Carmen also offers workshops for mothers and daughters in the following age groups

8-9 years
15-18 years
adults 18+ years

Wildflower Retreat | Halfmoon Haven, Halfmoon Bay April 13th 2019

This workshop was held at Halfmoon Bay on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. 
The mothers and daughters stayed in the suites and cottages onsite, and activities were held in the amazing yurt overlooking the ocean.

The girls all worked on a secret squirrel plan, that I accidentally spied on. The put together a proposal to sleep overnight in the yurt and then presented it to Carmen for consideration. Each girl took turns to read out parts of the proposal. 
It was so sweet how much thought and preparation they had put into it.

I adored the light in this yoga studio at Granville Island on such a beautiful day. This workshop for mothers and daughters coincided with Mothers Day weekend. And was the perfect way for these mothers and daughters to grow their relationships.
